CareTAXI is a simple way to systematically handle transport to medical appointments in your company. For employees and their parents or children. No ad-hoc solutions, no paperwork, with clear reporting for HR and management.

How the service works

The process is designed to be as simple as possible for HR and employees. In the basic setup, the service runs in four steps.

1. Framework agreement

The company enters into a framework agreement with Ordinační TAXI / CareTAXI and chooses the model: credit account or ride package based on expected usage.

2. Ride request

The employee or family member requests a ride. Depending on the setup, requests can be made by phone, e-mail or via a simple OT web form.

3. Transport coordination

CareTAXI selects an available carrier, checks times and confirms the trip to and from the medical appointment. If needed, we help match the time with the clinic’s schedule.

4. Usage overview

The company receives a regular overview of rides – filterable by period, type of trip or organisational unit. Reporting can be tailored to HR needs.

Price by location

The transport price depends on the specific locality and carrier. The CareTAXI coordination fee is clearly separated from the transport cost.

Pilot deployment

You can start with a pilot for a selected department or group of employees and roll out to the whole company once you see the real impact.

CareTAXI for employers

The service is designed to be predictable, transparent and easy to justify to management or unions.

What you can expect: a clear contract, predefined limits, monthly reports and flexibility in defining usage rules (who can use the benefit, to what extent and under what conditions).

Flexible budget

Together we define a framework – for example an annual credit volume or number of rides. It can be adjusted at any time based on real use.

Transparent reporting

Reporting is aligned with your company structure. We can split by department, location, type of trip or other parameters HR needs.

Integration with other services

CareTAXI can work on its own or as an extension of the Ordinační TAXI project. Transport can be combined with other employee care services.

Who is the benefit for?

Primarily for employees. In many companies we also set the option to use the benefit for parents or children of employees. Concrete rules are always defined in the contract.

How are limits defined?

You can define a number of rides per person, an annual financial limit or limit the benefit to specific trip types (e.g. doctor visits, examinations, procedures or rehabilitation).

How is GDPR and sensitive data handled?

We only process data strictly necessary to provide the transport. We do not store detailed medical information. The setup can be reviewed with your DPO or legal team.

Can the service be changed or terminated?

Yes. The model is contractually set so the company can adjust the benefit scope according to real usage and current needs.

Is CareTAXI tied to one carrier?

No. We cooperate with multiple carriers and services. The goal is available and safe transport, not exclusivity for one provider.
